Director – HRBP

I am white Irish, I am an HR Business Partner that specialises in HR for Technology Teams.

I joined the workforce from secondary school and over the past 15 years I have worked across a number of areas in HR from administration to leading Head of People and Culture for a Fintech. I joined Carne in 2021 and began to help support the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion program in 2022, working alongside our People team. In 2023, I will complete my Hon Degree in HR Strategy and Practice and am a member of the CIPD.

I am married and live in Cavan Ireland with my 6 cats. I am neurodiverse with Dyslexia being my superpower!
