Sophie works at Liqueo, a specialist asset and wealth management consultancy, as a Global Talent & Engagement Lead and is heavily involved in attracting diverse talent into the business, implementing inclusive hiring strategies and co-leading the internal DE&I network.
Before joining Liqueo, Sophie spent over six years in agency recruitment, a field that is typically male-dominated. This experience has reinforced her belief in the importance of continuously improving diverse representation in businesses. She has partnered with various financial clients to develop inclusive hiring practices and has been part of numerous internal initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion.
