I am a legal professional with over 15 years experience providing legal, regulatory and compliance advice within the financial services industry servicing large asset managers in the City. Currently, I am working as sole UK Legal Counsel in the London office of a large US Investment Manager.
My personal journey to date which has included opportunities and challenges has taught me resilience, strength and the confidence to speak out when necessary and to use my voice to help create a level playing field for future generations. The recent pandemic gave me time for self reflection and to consider ways in which I can use my experience, skills and position to change or enhance working practices and work with initiatives like the Diversity Project who continue to raise awareness for an inclusive culture within the financial services sector.
