I joined the investment management industry in 2012 after completing MSc Accounting and Finance at the London School of Economics and becoming a CFA charterholder in 2017. I am currently a Director and Portfolio Manager in Fulcrum’s Alternative Solutions business leading investment research across all real assets. As a representative of Fulcrum’s Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Group, I am responsible for collating views from all employees and encouraging good practice across the firm. Prior to Fulcrum, I held investment roles at Investec and Quilter Cheviot.
I was born in China, moved to England at a young age and went to a grammar school. I enjoy mentoring as I am passionate about empowering young women and bringing cultural diversity into our industry. Since becoming a mother, I have gained insight into the challenges faced by working parents. Outside of work, I have been a mentor to a sixth form student and co-Chair of a local school governing board.
