Sam Gadar

I am an Investment Professional currently working at Just Group Plc, in the Private Assets Investment team. My career has spanned roles across both the buy-side and sell-side, specialising in Private Asset transactions and Operational Real Estate.

Alongside my work, I’ve always been deeply involved in DE&I, contributing to Ethnicity and Allyship initiatives at every firm I’ve been part of. Recently, I collaborated with a team at the Diversity Project to develop The Allyship Guide and The Pathway to Inclusive Impact model, aimed at advancing allyship within the investment and savings industry. The Allyship Guide provides practical steps for individuals and organisations to create inclusive environments.

Outside of work, I volunteer with icanyoucantoo, a social enterprise dedicated to supporting young people from less privileged backgrounds in navigating their career journeys, and Sebby’s Corner, a charity focused on providing essentials to children and families in need.

Being amongst the first generation in my family to pursue higher education and work in a corporate career, I understand the challenges many face in accessing opportunities. I am committed to pushing for meaningful change, ensuring that workplaces foster equity, embrace diversity, and empower individuals to reach their full potential, regardless of their background.
