Rebecca Bilek-Chee

I am British and of mixed ethnicity (Malaysian Chinese and Austrian Czech). I was privately educated in London, and went on to study Economics at the University of Leeds.

I spent a few years working for a top literary agency in London, before pursuing a career within investment management, which is where my passion lies. After working at a leading Hedge Fund in London for three years, I decided to attend the UCLA Anderson Full-Time MBA program as part of the class of 2016. Here, I was awarded a Merit Fellowship, but opted instead to be a Forté Fellow in order to help encourage women in leadership, particularly within the Finance industry.

At Anderson, I was a fellow of the Student Investment Fund, and I also created and edited the first ever issue of the AIA Student Investment Newsletter. In this role, I ensured that in each of the publications, we highlighted at least one female investment individual.

I currently work as a Regional Director at Dimensional Fund Advisors, London.
