Raj is currently Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion Director at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, a leading global asset management group. Prior to this, he was Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Engagement at Direct Line Group, a leading UK motor, home and small business insurer. For over 20 years, Raj has been an advocate of the power of connection, building shared understanding, bringing people together and empowering others to achieve their best.
