Corporate Culture & Citizenship Manager

I was born and raised in Bromley Borough and attended a grammar school in Dartford for my GCSE’s and A-Levels. I was pushed to go to university by my school and by my family, but after failing to get into my preferred course and university I decided to take a year out to earn a bit of income and figure out what profession would suit my skills.

I joined Federated Hermes in 2019 as a school leaver and worked across different areas of HR until joining my current team in late 2023.

I am the Corporate Culture and Citizenship Manager at Federated Hermes where I chair our committees coordinating social wellbeing, employee networks and corporate philanthropy initiatives. In my time at Federated Hermes I’ve had responsibility for early careers recruitment and programmes, culture, wellbeing, training, performance management, and citizenship activities including volunteering, fundraising and donations. I’m also a Mental Health First Aider, and a member of our local BID ESG steering committee.
