Phoebe Ellis

Client Relationship Manager

I was born in Surrey and my mother’s family are originally from the Caribbean.  I studied American Studies at Swansea University where I had a keen interest in black history and on the struggles African Americans have faced and are currently facing.

I am very keen to be a part of the movement towards a more diverse landscape for the Financial Services industry, which is what largely made me apply for a role within this industry in the first place. I am a Client Relationship Manager at First Wealth and only joined the team this year.

Already I have been actively involved with our Instagram educational page Letstalkabout.money and have become a champion for our B Corp team. It was through my involvement in B Corp that I reached out to join the Diversity Project. We are passionate as a business about improving our diversity and inclusion policy and felt we could learn a lot from the project.
