Natalie Gill joined PGIM in November 2022 as Head of Global DEI Strategy & Industry Engagement. She is responsible for driving the continued evolution of PGIM’s global culture and inclusion strategy, with a focus on supporting the needs of clients, developing global research and thought leadership, and partnering with industry bodies to effect change across the sector. In addition, Natalie has regional leadership responsibility for PGIM’s culture and inclusion programs across EMEA & APAC.
Natalie is often called upon as an expert speaker at industry events by organisations including Power 100, Women in Economics Society, Association of Real Estate Funds and Association for Financial Markets in Europe. Natalie co-authored DEI thought leadership with the UK Government Equalities Office and the London School of Economics. Natalie has recently been appointed to the Board of The Diversity Project UK, a community interest company focused on creating a more inclusive investment and savings industry to deliver the best possible financial outcomes for clients. This cross-company initiative includes over 108 member firms, representing more than £13 trillion in assets under management (AUM) and over 85,000 employees across the UK. Natalie has also previously served on the Board of Women in Banking & Finance.
Prior to PGIM, Natalie held senior DEI roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) and Santander UK. Natalie has had a varied career, with more than 25 years of experience in the financial services sector across treasury, market infrastructure relations and regulatory reform, working at Goldman Sachs & Deutsche Bank. Natalie holds a degree in economics and business management from Newcastle University, specializing in economics of inequality and poverty, and development economics.
