No straight lines here! I was born in Brazil to a family of Italians who migrated in the 19th century. In 2009, I moved to the UK with my husband, who has English, French, and Italian roots, and we have two children.
With over 17 years of international experience in the investment and savings industry, I’ve held key roles in strategy & value creation, sustainability, communications, marketing, and investor relations. My career spans leading positions at firms like Brookfield Asset Management, KPMG, HSBC Global Asset Management, LGIM, M&G, and Savills Investment Management. I’ve also contributed to a global ESG reporting initiative led by the World Economic Forum.
As the Founder and CEO of True Value Creation, I currently help clients translate their vision into actionable sustainability, go-to-market, and communications strategies.
I hold a Sustainable Leadership certificate from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from Warwick Business School, an Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from CFA UK, and a BA (Hons) in Mass Communications from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
Passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), I actively support initiatives that promote financial inclusion, women in financial services, and social impact. My work as a co-founder of a social impact start-up reflects this commitment. My experience as a ‘non-native leader’ in asset management motivated me to champion inclusivity and reduce bias in the industry.
I’m also an enthusiastic traveller, arts and sciences lover (especially ballet and music), and a proud Ambassador of the Diversity Project.
