An experienced change and transformation professional with over 20 years’ experience across a wide range of industries. Currently at Railpen, where I have worked for nearly two years, I previously held roles at organisations including Coutts, Barclays, the University of Cambridge, and Royal Mail. I am a lifetime member of the International Society of Female Professionals (ISFP) and an accredited Menopause Champion (BaMCh), with a strong commitment to inclusive leadership and workplace wellbeing.
