I studied Psychology at the University of Birmingham and graduated in 2019. I started my Financial Services career in the HR team at Record, which gave me my first insight and spurred my interest in the importance of equal opportunities in the workplace. I soon became involved in the creation, and now the continued management, of Record’s Inclusion and Diversity Network.
I have since moved to a sustainability-focused role at Record which has allowed me to focus on social inequality on a greater scale. I am responsible for developing and implementing the company’s sustainability strategy, part of which has a clear focus on tacking inequality both within the workplace and within our local communicates and wider society.
