I am first-generation born in the UK and live in South West London with my husband and two dogs. I am ethnically half-Chinese and half-Indian, my parents being from Malaysia originally.
I went to a girls school in Wimbledon, and went onto study Economics at Newcastle University. I have worked in Banking since graduating and more specifically in Wealth Management since 2014, both in Client Service and now in Product Management and Development.
I have been heavily involved in Julius Baer’s Diversity and Inclusion working groups and I am working closely with Senior Management to develop our strategy and become both the ‘employer of choice’ within the industry and to also help the company attract and service clients from diverse backgrounds.
As part of this, I have recently become a member of the Diversity Project’s Steering Committee, where I will look to benefit from the experiences of our industry peers and contribute to industry best practice on the topic of Diversity and Inclusion.
