Liz joined Octopus Investments in 2025 as People Director, where she leads the organisation’s People Strategy with a strong focus on cultivating an inclusive, high-performance culture.
With a career spanning global HR and People leadership roles across professional services, Liz has been a driving force in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Her efforts in promoting pay equity and fair career progression earned her recognition from the Boston Women’s Workforce Council.
Liz holds international HR certifications and combines her practical expertise with academic grounding—holding an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology.
