I am white British, went to a state co-ed comprehensive school and then studied Law at University. I have 25 years’ experience in Asset Management, starting out as an assistant in the Front Office, moving through Fund Accounting, Operations, Discretionary Wealth Management, Acquisitions and Governance.

From 2018, I established the EMEA D&I function at Invesco and now lead Aegon Asset Management’s Global Inclusion & Diversity agenda.

I have twin boys who are 18, a daughter who is 11 and my husband and I both work full-time and divide the childcare between us.

Diversity Project Ambassadors are people with a savings and investment background who support the Project’s ambition to accelerate diversity and inclusion in our sector.
