Kim Boado is Head of Employee Experience, Diversity and Inclusion, and Community Engagement at Invesco. In this role, she is responsible for creating a global engagement strategy focused on providing a consistent experience across the firm’s locations, leading the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy globally, and executing a holistic employee listening strategy to enhance the employee experience.
Ms. Boado joined Invesco in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she spent ten years at Corebridge Financial, where she served as head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). In that role, she developed and led the company’s DEIB strategy, advanced employee resource group (ERG) growth, and spearheaded initiatives that earned external recognition for workplace inclusion. Before that, as senior director of Customer Experience Strategy and Advocacy, where she led the Voice of the Customer Program, consolidated survey platforms to achieve significant cost savings, and launched the company’s first employee recognition program for customer experience excellence.
Ms. Boado entered the financial services industry in 2014. Ms. Boado earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and journalism from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. She is a Certified Internal Auditor® (CIA) and a Fellow, Life Management Institute® (FLMI)
