I have been Practice Manager with First Wealth for five years. In that time, we have made a lot of headway in becoming a leading employer of financial services with championing Women in Finance , our B Corp certification and support of We Are Change with Verve Group, but the area we need to drive forward is diversity and inclusion and we feel being part of the Diversity Project is the best place for us to be to get help with this.

Join as an ambassador
Diversity Project Ambassadors are people with a savings and investment background who support the Project’s ambition to accelerate diversity and inclusion in our sector.
