I am white British, went to school in Ivybridge, Devon, before reading Arabic & Middle Eastern Studies at Exeter University.
I joined the British Army straight out of Exeter University, where I served for 8 years and attained the rank of Captain, undertaking a number of posts both in the UK and abroad including operational tours to Iraq.
Since leaving the Army, I have completed my MBA and have worked at Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs and here at Northern Trust, I am a senior new business consultant in the EMEA Sales team. I am also the founding member and Chairperson of the Northern Trust Military Appreciation and Awareness Business Resource Council (MAARC).
I am married with two children.
