I am Vietnamese by ethnicity, British by nationality, and Muslim by faith. I was born in London and grew up in the UK, Singapore, Germany, Hong Kong and Vietnam. My parents left Vietnam by boat in the 1980s and were given refuge in the UK and Denmark.
I studied Economics at Queen Mary University of London and completed a number of internships across investment banks during my time there. After 5 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, I moved to Sarasin & Partners in 2020 where I specialise in managing responsible investment portfolios for charities.
Outside of my day-to-day I am involved in social mobility efforts and mentoring for individuals from low socio-economic backgrounds. Additionally, I am a member of Diversity Project’s Steering Committee and Sarasin & Partner’s D&I Steering Group.
I now live in North London with my husband and our cat Thiago.
