Katherine is a senior HR professional with experience of leading large scale change and restructuring programmes for international organisations working both within the UK and across Africa, South Asia and North America. She’s currently Chief People Officer at Redington where she is accountable for all HR activity from recruitment and onboarding to performance development, employee engagement and organisational design. She coaches senior managers and plays a lead role in the company’s diversity and inclusion activities. Katherine comes with broad industry and technical experience having worked in project finance, risk consultancy and tech start ups. She is a Trustee for Olive Academies and has a Master’s in Business Administration.
