Jessica Swindon

I was born in South Africa before immigrating to Australia in 2003 at the age of 10 and subsequently moving to London in 2018. I work in recruitment, focusing on distribution roles within the Investments.  Additionally, I host the ‘Diversity Project Podcasts’ where we provide a platform for people from all walks of life to share first hand accounts of navigating their career journeys in the Investment and Savings industry.

My passion for being part of creating a more diverse workforce derives from having lived in three countries, travelling the world and experiencing different cultures to working in recruitment and being dismayed by the lack of inclusiveness. I’ve had the opportunity to experience that we live in a world full of alternating perspectives and views and I am committed to helping foster an environment that is more attractive for prospective employees.
