Hannah is the Diversity and Inclusion Programme Associate at Natixis Investment Managers. Her role focuses on the delivery and implementation of the D&I strategy around the 5 focus areas of Governance, Data & Measurement, Gender Balance, Cultural Diversity and Education & Training.
Hannah holds a degree in Theological Studies in Philosophy and Ethics from the University of Manchester, and a masters in Theology and Philosophy of Religion from the University of Cambridge. Her academic research focused on black feminist theology, and advocated an approach which listens to the voices of those who have historically be marginalised as a starting place for academic reflection. After graduating she also completed a Graduate Diploma in Law.
Prior to joining Natixis, Hannah worked within the Legal Executive Search practice at Wilton & Bain, where she was a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and developed a keen interest in D&I within the recruitment process.
Hannah is of Ghanaian and British heritage, and was raised in London.
