Gavin is the Chief Customer Officer of Nest Pensions, the largest DC pension scheme by membership in the UK.  This role has accountability for the propositions, service and experience delivered to the 13m+ members and more than ½ million employers.

He was part of the team that originally established Nest and was key to the overall design of the scheme.

Gavin has had a 30-year career in the pensions sector, with roles across all facets of the industry, with a focus predominantly on workplace savings.

At Nest, he is also the Executive Sponsor for DEI in the organisation, having previously been the sponsor of their Race and Social Diversity working groups.

Gavin is married with two children and outside of Nest is also the Chair of the Surrey Junior Cricket Championship, a member of the advisory board to NS&I’s business transformation programme and on the CEM Benchmarking Advisory Board for DC pensions.
