Emily Pickett

I studied Business at the University of Bath and graduated in 2021. I come from a small town in Kent and I am the first in my family to have attended university. I began my career in Investments at Lane, Clark and Peacock (LCP) in their investment consulting division where I have been since September 2022.

My main work involves advising institutional clients (primarily defined benefit pension schemes and charities) on their investment strategy. Aside from this I am involved in various diversity initiatives at my firm, recruitment, mentoring and have helped produce LCP’s first survey looking at D&I initiatives amongst investment managers.
