I am a Yorkshireman with Indian parents. I attended a mixed comprehensive school in Leeds then went to Middlesex Polytechnic to study Maths.
I started my career at a small employee benefit firm in 1991 and then worked at three other investment houses before joining Wellington Management in 2008 as Head of EMEA Consultant Relations and Associate Director of Global Consultant Relations, helping the firm serve consultant relationships around the world.
I am married and have two children.
