As Programme Manager at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) I lead complex programmes to deliver strategic objectives utilising my expertise in strategy, leadership, consulting, change management and problem-solving.
I am committed to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), health and wellbeing (H&W) and socio-economic mobility (SEM) within Financial Services. At LGIM, I Co-Chair our Health & Wellbeing network where I lead strategic initiatives to improve the health and wellbeing of our people.

Through EnCircle Mentoring I provide a platform for senior leaders to share their expertise and experience with early- to mid-level professionals to build future leaders. I hold two masters degrees (MBA, Strategy & Leadership; MA, Project Management), the investment management certificate (IMC), and several professional qualifications.
