Daniel May

As Programme Manager, Regulatory at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) I lead complex programmes to meet mandatory obligations across regimes (MiFIR, SFTR, EMIR, UCTIS). To effectively deliver initiatives I utilise my expertise in strategy, leadership, consulting, change management and problem-solving.

I am committed to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), health and wellbeing (H&W) and socio-economic mobility (SEM) within Financial Services.

At LGIM, I am Co-Chair of our Health & Wellbeing network which creates an open environment for colleagues to discuss all aspects of wellbeing within a dedicated community.

I mentor undergraduates up to mid-level professionals from underrepresented backgrounds to support navigation and access to top employment.

Through EnCircle I provide a recurring, interactive platform for asset management leaders to share their expertise and experience with early- and mid-level professionals to improve entry and progression.

I hold two masters degrees (MBA, Strategy & Leadership; MA, Project Management) and several professional qualifications.
