My career started in magazine publishing at Essential Publishing (now Burda Media). I started at With Intelligence in 2006, first as a sub editor, then as Head of Production for our magazine portfolio. Since 2020 I have been leading on ESG (environmental, social, governance) aspects, to inspire With Intelligence to a more environmentally and socially sustainable future, as Head of ESG.
I grew up in Germany and came to the UK when I was 17. I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and have had some experiences with mental health issues. I hope that by heading up our DE&I networks and initiatives, I can somehow pay back all the people who have supported me and shown kindness to me in the past. I hope to inspire and support leaders in my company to build an inclusive environment, with continued learning and sharing experiences.
