Christina Eriksson

I am Swedish by background, born and raised, but left at the age of 19 and have lived in 4 countries since – Israel, Luxembourg, USA and the UK since 2005.

I have worked in asset management industry since 2003, initially on a trading floor in the US where I was one of two women in a team of 16. Since 2006 I have been building on my experience in client
relationship management and business development across institutional and distribution/wholesale client channels across Europe. I have experience in managing teams of various sizes, motivating, and
mentoring inside and outside the organisation. Since 2022 I am also serving as a Non-Executive Director of the Mondrian Funds plc board. A for-profit Irish company.

I am a member of 100 Women in Finance, Women on Boards and the Swedish organisation ‘Kvinnokapital’ (similar to Women in Finance). I currently volunteer and mentor for GAIN and Kvinnokapital.

I’ve joined the ambassador programme because I believe that diversity and inclusion considerations, although having improved in my 20-year long career, still have a long way to go.
