Chantelle Kelly

I was born and raised in east London from parents who migrated to England as part of the Windrush generation. My upbringing was heavily influenced by my Jamaican heritage with both parents instilling the importance of a strong work ethic and loving who I am despite the societal challenges.

In my career, I have continually recognised and embraced my differences and used this to amplify a new perspective in the office. Where cognitive, ethnic or socio-economic diversity lack I seek to seize opportunities to add value. At Lazard Asset Management, I serve on our employee network dedicated to promoting ethnic and cultural inclusion. By raising awareness of my own diversity story, I have been able to encourage others to do the same.

In my alone time, I love to exercise and get into a good book.
