I joined Nuveen in 2018 and lead the people strategy across all of our International offices, including culture, inclusion equity and diversity, and organisation and change. Prior to Nuveen I held Human Resources roles in Investment Banking, both as a Global HR Business Partner and also in Strategic Change, as well as driving progress on Gender Diversity,  as a member of various steering groups.

I am passionate about developing inclusive cultures that nurture all forms of diversity, with a particular focus on female career development. Having navigated a career and children and enjoyed the benefit of various flexible working schedules, I’m an avid believer in never making assumptions about what may or may not be possible (!) and am sponsoring our recently launched Early Career Female Development Programme at Nuveen.

In my spare time I endeavour to keep up with my teenage children and dog, and am somewhat addicted to urban rebounding (a form of trampolining) and cycling.

Diversity Project Ambassadors are people with a savings and investment background who support the Project’s ambition to accelerate diversity and inclusion in our sector.
