Caroline Bradshaw

I was born in Kent (UK), went to an all-girls Grammar school in Kent, then to Durham University where I read Business Finance and achieved a first-class honours degree – I was the first person in my family to attend university.

I have worked since I was aged 16 (weekend and summer jobs), and started my full-time professional career when I joined Merrill Lynch straight from University on their graduate programme working in their M&A team based in London, before moving into private placement for private equity funds in 2008.

In 2014 I entered the asset management industry focused on engaging with UK institutions across asset classes, and currently work at LGT Capital Partners based in their London office.
