I help teams build resilience and flexibility by being curious about the world around them to reframe situations and design their future through proactive choice.

I was born in Trinidad and Tobago, moved to the UK to study and loved the vibrancy of London so much that I made it my home.

I believe strongly in the importance of disrupting oneself by engaging with different ideas and perspectives.

My career has moved through research, strategy, leadership development and talent management. I joined Fidelity International in 2017 as Head of Talent and Performance. I was previously A Senior Consultant in Heidrick & Struggles Leadership Consulting, helping FTSE 250 clients synchronise strategy and talent.

I am also a writer, mentor and trustee. I enjoy travel, rowing, swimming and yoga.
