A dynamic and accomplished DEI leader with a proven track record of executing global transformational change. Biral is known for her data-driven strategies integrating people, processes, and systems to deliver sustainable impact. A recognised expert in advancing socio-economic diversity and social mobility, particularly within the finance sector, she excels in implementing complex strategies with structure and adaptability, underpinned by her expertise in change management and agile delivery.  

As the former Global Head of Inclusion Delivery at HSBC, Biral led several impactful market-leading initiatives, including diversity data capture, advancing HSBC’s global approach to disability confidence, and designing a comprehensive global workplace adjustments process across 60+ markets. Biral is passionate about positive psychology and its role in building organisational well-being and inclusive leadership.  

Outside work, Biral lives with her partner, two teenagers, and their dog in Southeast London. She is passionate about wellness and enjoys yoga, swimming, long walks, and weightlifting. A keen urban sketcher, Biral also finds joy in capturing the essence of city life through her art.
