Having joined ICG in 2018 as a Partner, Antje was promoted to Chief People and External Affairs Officer in 2020, with ownership for ICG’s strategic human capital management, business diversification, and external affairs.
In April 2020, Antje was also the first woman to be appointed to ICG’s three-person executive committee, sitting alongside CEO, Benoît Durteste and CFO, Vijay Bharadia.
Antje is one of very few women in the alternative investment industry who form part of a top leadership team as well as serving as a board executive in the FTSE 100.
