I currently work at Columbia Threadneedle Investments as Talent and Engagement manager. Prior to this I have experience working in the education, research and charity sectors both in the UK and internationally. The common thread throughout my work has been my passion for inclusion and a strong belief that with the right environment and support, people are capable of defying expectations.
