I was born and raised in London and my family are originally from Pakistan.
Most of my working career to date has been spent in the UAE, where I was based between 2011 to 2021. I transferred to our London office in early 2021, where I lead HR for Mubadala Capital’s Europe region. In this role, I help drive our talent pipeline, and am continuously exploring ways to further promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within our team and more broadly, our industry.
I have more than a decade of experience across the Talent & Human Capital domain, mainly within the Financial Services industry. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from Queen Mary, University of London, and I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
I am married and a proud father of two beautiful daughters.
