These behaviours may be related to colleagues or be related to others e.g. clients or third parties who you have worked with.
The Diversity Project offers a safe space for you to share your story. All experiences will remain confidential and your identity protected. The information will only be accessible to Helena Morrissey, Chair of the Diversity Project (unless you report something potentially criminal which we are required to pass this along to the Police. However if this is the case we will consult with you first.)
Any incidents reported will be anonymised before being collated and categorised under key themes. Aggregated findings which will remain anonymous (e.g. it will not be possible to identify any individuals or firms) will be presented to the Diversity Project’s Advisory Council who will agree actions to address problems in order to create better workplace cultures. Contact details are only sought to allow for any signposting to help and resources if required.
