Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Diversity Project Neurodiversity events to commemorate Neurodiversity Celebration week 2024. Our first event, “Elevate the Workplace through Neurodiversity,” was held on March 19th for HR and D&I leaders. This event was a collaboration with GAIN (Group for Autism, Insurance, Investment, and Neurodiversity) and hosted by Octopus Investments.
Neurodiversity Workstream Co-Chair Nalini Solanki unveiled findings from our neurodiversity survey in a conversation with Dr. Vina Theodorakopoulou FRSA from GAIN, who shared key insights and emerging trends from GAIN’s annual survey with corporate and individual members. This presentation was followed by expert-led discussions in separate breakout rooms.
From the engaging discussions heard across the two events, there were several themes emerging, with similarities across both events. We have summarised key discussions ‘heard in the room’ in the attached resource.
