The Diversity Project welcomes the FCA’s focus on diversity and inclusion and the publication of this Consultation Paper. Our organisation has a single purpose; to attract and develop a new generation of diverse talent across all dimensions in the investment and savings industry. We believe this will improve opportunities for diverse talent, future-proof our industry, reduce risk and help ensure the best outcomes for customers. We have 110 member firms from across the investment and saving industry with over £13.3trillion AUM and just under 86,000 employees. Some of our members are providing their own responses to CP 23/20; the views expressed here do not necessarily reflect the views of each and every member firm. We are also pleased to be submitting this response on behalf of Reboot1 and the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership2 . We have provided a response to all questions.
