We can do and achieve more for people and the environment when we bring our different talents and abilities together. We can have a better understanding of everyone through insights gained from a diverse membership and communicate better between us all.
We support the Diversity Project because we recognise more needs to be done on diversity in the investment industry. We also recognise that our own house needs to be in order if we expect those same standards from the companies with which we work as our suppliers and partners.
