The Diversity Project Returners Workstream is hosting a free breakfast event for Employers: Returners – An Untapped Source of Talent.

This event is targeted at hiring managers and HR professionals who are:

  • interested in accessing and supporting the talent pool of professionals returning after an extended (2+ year) career break
  • already running a returner programme or directly hiring returners

 

The objectives are:

  • to present the Workstream’s analysis of current returner activity in the asset management sector
  • to highlight the business case for hiring returners
  • to clarify the different ways of accessing and supporting returners, including returnships and supported hiring programmes
  • to share practical learnings about returner programmes from a business and a returner perspective
