The New Ways of Working in the New Normal webinar discussed how to boost flexible working and staff retention in the investment and savings industry.
As a result of the insight from the Diversity Project and Timewise programme, we also shared a set of proposed actions for our industry to commit to in order to support the transitioning of the current rapid response remote working to a more systemic sustainable approach to flexible working.
