Trends in Neurodiversity – Discussing the findings of the Diversity Project’s Neurodiversity Survey
Each year the Diversity Project conducts a survey of Neurodiverse people in Financial Services to better understand their experience in the workplace. This year we deliberately invited allies of neurodiversity to participate in parts of the survey. This has given us a valuable insight into the incredibly important part allies play in all areas of inclusion. Please join the author of the survey, Ian Iceton of University of Buckingham, who will discuss the key findings with Nalini Solanki, Co-Lead of the Diversity Project Neurodiversity Community.
