- Skills required for success in these roles
- The practical tips for success at the recruitment stage
- Opportunity to build long lasting networks
Why?
The ultimate aim was to raise awareness of the asset management industry and on the wide variety of roles available. There has been a drive to increase diversity in the industry to enable:
- Greater diversity of thought leading to better decision making and performance
- Institutions being more representative of the customers and communities they serve
- New perspectives to successfully navigate the changing economic, geopolitical and demographic landscape
- Asset managers to contribute to society and reduce inequalities
