We partnered with the NeuroLeadership Institute, a leader in behavioural science, to bring you this informative and interactive taster session on the science behind inclusion and what we can all do to be more inclusive.

Target audience: everybody working in the investment and savings sector, from the board down.

Purpose of session: learn the science of inclusion, why inclusion is so important for humans to flourish and what you can do to make a difference in your organisations, as well as more broadly in life.

Overview of session

Led by Marcia Smythe, Master Facilitator and Facilitation Lead EMEA at NeuroLeadership Institute. Marcia has over 30 years board level experience within blue chip financial services, management consultancy, talent recruitment and hospitality organisations. She also holds a PhD in the Neuroscience of Leadership.
