Diversity Project Annual Event #MaximiseTeamPerformance

We are delighted to announce that we have set a date for the Diversity Project’s #MaximiseTeamPerformance Annual Event for 2024.

This year the event will take place on Friday 29 November (14:30-17:00), kindly hosted by UBS Asset Management. This is a hybrid event. If you are attending in person, there is a networking opportunity from 17:00 to 18:30. Register now, in person places are limited.

This year, we have an exciting agenda focusing on maximising team performance. High-performing teams are more dynamic, innovative, resilient, better at problem solving and are better at executing complex tasks. This leads to increased productivity, higher quality outcomes, thriving together for success and it is our shared belief that DE&I plays an important part of this.

We will address this through our three themes of Cognitive Diversity, Data and Allyship, all focused on improving behaviour and culture within our industry. We will also be launching the results from our 2024 Annual Survey and update you on our future accreditation initiative.

Inspiring speakers, a new innovative and interactive session that will be sure to make you stop and reflect, feedback walls, information booths and networking among the many reasons to attend.

In terms of attendance, we are doing something a little different this year to ensure we reach the widest audience possible. If you would like to attend in-person, you can do so by BYON – bring your own newbie – i.e. bring someone who has never attended a DP event before. Luckily, as the event is hybrid, you are all welcome to attend virtually.
