#MaximiseTeamPerformance: The Diversity Project’s Annual Event 2024

Date: 29/11/2024

Diversity Project Annual Event #MaximiseTeamPerformance

This year the Diversity Project’s #MaximiseTeamPerformance Annual Event took place on Friday, November 29th (14:30-17:00), which was kindly hosted by UBS Asset Management. Our delegates were from across the Investment and Savings industry, with roles ranging from CEO, C-suite to pre-industry joiners and a range of roles in between.

The agenda focused on maximising team performance. High-performing teams are more dynamic, innovative, resilient, better at problem solving and are better at executing complex tasks. This leads to increased productivity, higher quality outcomes, thriving together for success and it is our shared belief that DE&I plays an important part of this.

We addressed this through our three themes of Cognitive Diversity, Data and Allyship, all focused on improving behaviour and culture within our industry. We also launched the results from our 2024 Annual Survey and updated you on our future accreditation initiative.

Thank you to all change makers who were able to join us for this event, and for those that couldn’t attend, we hope you’ll find the below event videos and resources of particular interest. Over the course of the day we heard from industry-leading speakers covering thought-provoking topics, taking part in discussions to collaborate, forge connections, and celebrate DEI champions. For those that attended in-person, there was also a networking session following the event, where like-minded individuals could connect.
