DP x LGBT Great: Research Roadshow 2025

Date: 02/07/2025

We are proud to announce that the Diversity Project is a Headline Sponsor of LGBT Great’s 2025 Research Roadshows For All: The Power of Allyship and Belonging. This roadshow will help to shape LGBT Great’s end of year report, with the new research seeking to explore the power of allyship in creating belonging, not just for LGBTQ+ talent, but for underrepresented communities across the board.

On the 2nd July, we will be hosting a virtual Research Roadshow.

This research provides a crucial opportunity to:

  • Explore how acts of allyship can tangibly improve workplace inclusion and performance.

  • Learn from lived experiences, challenges, and successes across the industry.

  • Influence organisational strategy with evidence-based recommendations on fostering belonging.

The initiative, led by LGBT Great, focuses on three central themes:

    1. Understanding the link between allyship and belonging – LGBT Great, with the help of their research partners will conduct pioneering research to define allyship’s role in fostering belonging, gathering insights from employees, clients, and customers across communities.
    2. Driving action – LGBT Great will develop a practical, year-round framework to guide organisations and stakeholders in taking measurable steps that create inclusive change through acts of allyship.
    3. Highlighting leadership and visibility – LGBT Great will recognise talent that leads by example and explore how organisations can expand focus to inspire action
