Alexandra Altinger, Chief Executive Officer of J O Hambro Capital Management UK, Europe and Asia and a founding member of the Advisory Committee of The Diversity Project, was joined by Lieutenant Colonel Langley Sharp MBE of the Parachute Regiment, author of ‘The Habit of Excellence: Why British Army Leadership Works’ and Former Head of the Centre for Army Leadership at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. It was a lively discussion about the similarities and some differences in the traits of what makes a good leader across the military and corporate worlds.
Drawing on personal experiences, they offered insightful advice and practical suggestions around the art, science and practice of leadership.
